I have a problem where a leave approval workflow is giving some trouble. There is a generic decision task that is sent to the manager to approve the leave request. Extended notifications are being used, so an email is sent to the manager with "Approve" and "Reject" links. If the manager clicks on a link, then the following message is shown:
Work item was already executed with decision alternative "".
Further to this, nothing is recorded in the workflow logs - no indication that the manager tried to do anything at all. If the manager logs into his/her UWL, then they can execute the task without any problems.
So there seems to be a problem with the link in the email. This was previously working fine. I suspect it might have something to do with a recent upgrade of the Netweaver Portal stack.
Any ideas on what the problem could be?
