Work item avialable in SWI5 but not in SBWP

Hi All,

Work item is avialable in SWI5 for a user, but it's not visible in SBWP for the same user, intetrestingly this user is not a posible agent for this workitem which means workitem is wrongly showing up in SWI5 for this user, I think this could be a missing patch, is there any OSS note avialable to get rid of this issue?
