Create comment attachment to workitem

Hi,

We have a scenario where we need to add an comment attachment to the workitem.

We have used the function module SWL_WI_NOTE_CREATE

After doing this we are able to see the value in the container &_ATTACH_OBJECTS&

But  we don’t  see the link in the User decision step.

Do you know how to fix this issue?
