Hi Workflow experts,
I have a strange issue in workflow. Actually there are 2 levels of approval for PO release by same approver. For the particular PO, Approver is approved for both level1 and level2. Also both levels are ticked in PO release tab in SAP. But, when that approver look at his workflow screen still it asks for PO release again. Here the problem is, How come the workflow screen still asks for release the same PO which is been already released by same approver. Anyone have experienced this type of scenarios. Pls help on this case. Many thanks in advance.
