To display icon along with the subject when workflow gets triggered and mail is sent

Hi Workflow experts,

I am triggering a workflow, it sends a mail. Now the requirement is to show red color dot (an icon ) along with the mail subject. I am fetching the icon from table ICON and concatenating with subject. However, it displays some code @80@ and not icon.

need help for the same.
