Gent's I have an issue I'm building a WF and I'm new to WF and have exhausted my searching. I have a multi-line agent set in a decision task for parallel processing. I capture the desired amount of releases to a document then say when 3 people have approved for posting I post. Now that works fine the parallel processing works and the decision stays in all users mailbox till the desired amount of people answer then the doc post.
Now the issue is if I need 3 and 1 rejects I reject to the initiator and WANT the workflow to complete and remove from the others mailbox. Right now the 1 rejects and the workflow appears to complete for them but not for the others, the decision task stays in their workbox and in this case I would like it removed and completed because one reject is enough.
So how do I end a parallel workflow for all users if one rejects a document?
