I have configured an Workflow functionality where system triggers an email when a Purchase Requisition is created and pending for Overall Release.Problem with this functionality is that the Email Subject Line is getting truncated and the last 2 digits have not been getting appeared which is causing issues.
The Email Subject currently is : Please release Purchase Requisition 1100000....
Whereas I want to shorten this like : Please release PR 1100000.... so that the entire Purchase Req no will appear properly.
How to achieve this. We are using back ground job of RSWUWFML2 for sending emails from SAP.
