com.sap.ASJ.dest.sv0719: Internal error during the decryption process

Hi Experts,

I'm on SAP BPM 7.31 SP5. In the landing page of 'Application Communication:Configuration' and 'Single Service Administration' from nwa, below exception message is shown. I found a SAPNote-1791638 with the error code com.sap.ASJ.dest.sv0719 but specific to deployments or consumer destination and suggests solution as upgrade SP level.

[com.sap.ASJ.dest.sv0719] An error occurred while reading the destination sap.com/some~pr*1412152325086*0, type WSProvider. The error was Internal error during the decryption process

Please let me know any work-around or amiss for this issue. Thanks.
