Workflow Custom Event, On change of Responsible Org BP in Complaint CSR

Hi All,

We have one old custom workflow which is triggering when we click on escalate button in Complaints CSR, It will change the BP of Responsible Organization and it is trigger the mail notification on saving.

In Start event Tab in workflow, Object type: BUS2000120 and Event: RESPONSIBLEORGANISATIONCHANGED has defined.

This event (RESPONSIBLEORGANISATIONCHANGED) has created in Custom BO ZBUS200120.

Now mail notification is triggering for transaction type 1 for BO BUS2000120, now we want same mail notification has to trigger for other transaction type 2 for same BO BUS2000120 when we click on escalate button.

Now issue is, they have somewhere restricted for transaction type 1 to be trigger.

I have done analysis, there are no action profile has created for this functionality.

Even checked in transaction BSVW. But no luck.

Could you please help me where they could have assign this event ‘RESPONSIBLEORGANISATIONCHANGED’ for specific transaction type 1.
