I am facing a requirement that user want before approval a workflow step he can 'hold' the step meanwhile out of system he can do some activities.
After the activities, he can make the desicion.During 'hold' time, user want the workflow has status 'on hold'.
Is it possible to have own status for work item?
Is there any way to realize this?
