Standard FM for getting the agent pop up?

Hello Experts,

1) I am designing a workflow where i have user decision and it goes to an approver for approval .

2) To approve it, the approver clicks over the user decision option "Approve".

3) Then here i need a pop-up to be called where this approver may enter the next approver's user id.

4) I want the below kind of pop-up :

Please let me know if any standard FM is there to get this kind of pop-up.
