Need help to get information for OOCU_RESP log.

Hello Experts.

I have a requirement, i should develop a report to list all the responsibilites for a rule. At the same time i need to show the old and new values of the rule containers in the responsibility section.

example.

IF rule containers are A B C & D , Under responsibility Specs.

NAME              OF                    TO

A                      1                       2

B                       A                       B

C                       HI                    BYE

if i change any thing in these values , i need to show  in report who changed it, old value and new value. Can any one help me where shall i get the complte log of this OOCU_RESP log values.
