How to maneuver with Workflow branches

Hi All,

I am new to workflow and created workflow with different steps , user decisions etc. Now I want to connect one branch of user decision to other depending upon user decision results.Also combine different branches of different UD  steps into single one is one of necessity.

But I could not able to move, connec , unite one branch with other. Quick block operations also is not helpful. Any technique or button to do that so that I can connect different branches as per requirement.
