Workflow for PO with link to release from SAP inbox

Hi Experts,

Request your valuable inputs for the below,

I am working on WF related to PO, I am able to send a notification with text message to User's business(SAP) inbox.

Actually I would like to get a link with expected/particular PO, where a user can click on the link to get ME29N screen from the business(SAP) inbox.
