We have a requirement where during release of PO & its in block condition, Workflow gets trigger & E-mail send to Approver. It’s get Stop after PO release completely.
Since Few month Approver (Not all approver) start getting mails every 2hrs (as per scheduled batch job) even though PO is in release condition. We have checked with workflow consultant & he does not find anything since we are using standard workflow. We have also checked batch job output where we have not found the PO which got released but Still Mail has been triggered.
I need your help if anyone is faced this type strange behavior of the system & where I need to check.
