Hi SAP Workflow Guru's,
We are using the standard workflow WS10000051 for FI document posting & Parking for one level approval. I have created the version 002 for this workflow an SEND EMAIL step after "Waiting for event 'REJECTED' of object type 'FIPP'" to send reject mail notification to workflow initiator.
Till mornign during testing this workflow was working fine & sending the notification on reject. But now while testing this workflow got stuck at step "Waiting for event 'REJECTED' of object type 'FIPP". By which next SEND MAIL step could not be executed.
I checked the step & found the wait step is stuck with message
Temporary error in result processing of work item 000000402971
Message no. SWP030.
Please help to me understand this issue.
