I have logically deleted a workflow after consulting with the business but the last step, which was a agent step, has not been deleted so the workitem is still in the users inbox and is seen in the Portal.
I can not choose to logically delete this workitem, and I am not sure if I can delete the workitem. I am aware of that deleting(like in SWWL) is not recommended in production, so I am not sure what is the best approuch?

So it seems like the object is deleted and still it isen't?
