Event not triggering in SWEQADM

Hi All,

I'm facing a strange issue in Quality system.Below are the details.

Custom workflow is created and triggering the event through FM "SWE_CREATE_EVENT" and it is triggering the event but the workflow is not getting started.The event linkage is active,workflow is active with out any warning or error .

I have checked the call of FM "SWE_CREATE_EVENT" which is executing fine.When checked in SWEQADM there is an entry under "Linkage with errors".

WF is working fine and getting triggered when "SWE_CREATE_EVENT" is called in Development system but i is not working in Quality.
