Why in RSWUWFML2 Work items selected but not send?

Hi

I have copied SAP Standard Workflow template WS20000035 to a new one because of some changes. With standard Workflow with Report RSWUWFML2 work items will be selected and Emails wil be sent to SOST. With my new Workflow work items will be selected but no Email will be sent to SOST! Connection settings (SCOT/SWU3) should be OK because it works for Standard Workflow. Also there is no authorization issue! Is there someting in the Workflow settings used specific for RSWUWFML2?
