To send documents to SAP inbox when sending external mail

Hi,

To send mail to external address passing REC_TYPE = U in the function module SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 or in the send mail step by providing recipient type = email address , sending mail to outlook.

I would like to know whenever sending mail to outlook, at the same time whether we can send the mail ( Document folder) to sap inbox ? without adding additional step for organisational object is it possible to send document to sap inbox by any settings ?
