We are facing an issue in our Prod system, details below

Carry Out and Release Object Changes (Subworkflow)
After step User decision 000516 - > Complete changes to the object
The system automatically sets the status ‘Complete change’ (task TS00008144: Autom. confirmation of an object change) in the object management record.
In our case, this task is not setting the OMR status to Complete Change, it stays in prep status.
I checked the log, the task is in Completed status, tRFC already executed and WI processing complete.
Tried to run the BO ECO directly(to run b/g method) but I don't have auth. Please suggest how to proceed on this.
