Events are not Triggering for object type BUS2101 (Q-info Record)

Hi Experts,

I have created a Work flow for Q-info Record,

In Workflow Builder, in basic data I have bind BOR object bus2101 and create event (as well as change event).

but when I try to create any QI-info Record through T-Code QI01 (or changing QI02), it is not triggering any event.

I checked for entries in SWEL there no entry for my object type or event.

I found some BADI's and User Exits and I put breakpoints there, But no BADI's(implementations) getting called.

Please tell me how can trigger the Workflow? when EVENTs, BADI's, and User Exits are not getting trigger?
